Health and rest

In recent years, our society requires us to our high rate of concentration and daily activity. This pace requires our health. But it also prevents fulfill essential habits for us, as eating, sleeping, etc.

When we need extra time, usually we use food or sleep time.


During sleep, our body not only rests. It is the time when our body is engaged in regeneration and reparation.

It is also the time when the mind takes to store and classify all information obtained during the day. 


Salud y descansoTherefore, rest is vital for any person, a quality rest with the appropiate and necessary time. 
When we do not rest well, we wake up with discomfort or pain due to a poor position, or too much movement during the night. Either we wake up with a heavy feeling more than what we had to go to bed.


All this is caused by a bad rest. If these feelings are prolonged over the time, possibly, will trigger a series of other ailments or discomfort and, step by ste, will have a greater impact on our quality of life and health, for example, reduced job performance and personal malaise chronically major diseases and cervical column, and so on.
